How it works

This page estimates sleep from the times and adjustments you enter.

  1. Enter your bed date and time, plus your wake date and time. The tracker uses both dates, so overnight sleep is handled safely.
  2. Add minutes needed to fall asleep and minutes awake during the night. Those minutes are subtracted from total time in bed.
  3. The page calculates estimated total sleep time, sleep efficiency, and how far above or below your chosen target you landed.
  4. When you save an entry, it stays in local storage on this device. Export CSV if you want a portable copy.

This tracker is for personal planning and habit review only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose sleep disorders. If you have persistent insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, or breathing concerns during sleep, consult a licensed clinician.
